hit me baby, one more time

i went to the gym today for a "kickstart" session. the trainer showed me how to use a bunch of resistance equipment and gave me a program to follow. she said i could do cardio pretty much every day of the week, but the weight training days needed a day of rest between them. i plan on going and doing 30 minutes of cardio/elliptical machine tomorrow. updates to follow...
