I need some kind routine or i'm never going to be able to live a healthy life.
I tried really hard to eat only 2,000 calories.
It's tought to figure out what i really ate, but i estimated that food my mom gave me, and I checked the labels whenever i could. My best guess is that I had closer to 2,500.
That would be fine if I were active at all.
I cooked tonight and put the food in tupperware bowls, like I always do.
the only difference is that this time I paid attention to how many calories went into the bowls.
It was 400 calories each.
So if oatmeal is 200 (with milk) and lunch is 500, i should be able to eat dinner normally and not be a fatty. We'll see how it goes.
Also, I lifted my little 10 lb. dumbells quite a lot tonight.
I didn't count, but maybe I did it a hundred times.
I'm also planning on walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour while i watch colbert and jon stewart. i know i already told you that, but i feel like if i write it down, maybe i'll actually do it.
that would be a nice routine.
